About Me
A Compassionate Path to
Psychological Healing
I am Akhila R Krishna, a Trauma-Informed Clinical Psychologist (CRR No: A96849) with over four years of clinical experience. My work is rooted in a humanistic and trauma-sensitive lens. I do not see symptoms as problems to be eliminated, but as meaningful adaptations shaped by life experiences.
I hold space for the parts of you that learned to survive—and gently support you in moving toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic. I work with adolescents and adults, offering a therapeutic space that is emotionally safe, attuned, and deeply respectful of each individual’s pace and process.

My Approach
Collaborative and
Evolving Process
"My style is warm, reflective, and gently challenging. I value honesty, depth, and creating a space where you don’t have to perform, explain excessively, or be anything other than who you are."
- Understanding your internal world, not just managing external symptoms.
- Exploring patterns in relationships, attachment, and emotional responses.
- Working with both the mind and the body, especially where trauma is held.
- Creating space for emotions that may have been suppressed or misunderstood.
- Supporting you in building a stable sense of self and emotional regulation.
